Over the years, through my writing, I have witnessed the lives, struggles, courage, and achievements of hundreds of women.
Some accomplished what was once thought impossible, some made the invisible visible, and others became the architects of a quiet yet profound transformation.

In every story, there was a shared spirit:
The spirit of women who rise from their ashes, stand stronger after every fall, and climb to the top through their own effort…

My name is Tuğba Pekdiri Avcı. I am a journalist and the founder of PR Tuğba Avcı Advertising Agency.
Throughout my years of experience in media and communication, I have seen how powerful stories can create a significant impact when they meet the right platform.

Yet, there was always a question growing within me:
Why shouldn’t these inspiring women come together under one roof, with a global vision?
Why shouldn’t they transcend borders and amplify each other’s strength?

This is exactly how the idea of “Zirvedeki Ankalar – Global Women’s Gathering” was born.
A dream of bringing together women who, like the phoenix, rise again, overcome obstacles, and ascend—on a single stage.

Not just an event;
but a space of solidarity,
a movement of vision,
a stage of inspiration…

While building this journey and striving to grow this dream with stronger and more solid steps, I felt truly privileged that our paths crossed with Yasemin Arslan PR, whose stance, reputation, and years of experience I have always admired.

Ms. Yasemin Arslan’s expertise in the world of communication, her strategic perspective, and her visionary approach represent not only a professional strength for me, but also an inspiring form of guidance.
